TODAY'S WORK OUT
- 30 minutes on the Eliptical
-15 minutes treadmill
- 4 sets of ten on the Ab Coaster
- No more than 20 lbs various arm work outs
**Side note**
I use the machines usually to do weights, but I will start incorprating free weights once I find a good plan for them.
