--I hope you say yourself.

2. Do you have support?

--Friends, family, blog family.

3. Why are you waiting to start?

--Tomorrow turns into next week, next week turns into next month.

Next month...next year.

Permanent Goals:
To reach my goal weight by changing my lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, a healthy life.

Reason to Blog:
To find those who need the support and those that can offer me support. My blog will be based off of my daily activities and what I eat in a day. My advice will come from personal experience and from what I read and learn. I am no expert, but I plan to reach my goal by helping others reach theirs.
